How do I use the WRG web site?

As a transferee, there are lots of great web resources for you. 

Check out the Helpful Relo Information, and print out the Moving Checklist early on in the process to make things easier and more organized.
Perhaps, the most valuable piece of information is the Destination Guide.  To view it, you must log in with your WRG username and password.  The guide includes important information that you will need right away as well as things you may not know you need until you actually move.  Either way, the guide is at your disposal 24 hours, 7 days a week.

You also have a Reloviews account.  Click on the Reloviews link to view personal relocation information.  View and send messages to and from your concierge, see task completions from specific vendors, and update new addresses, phone numbers, and job information.

What if I forget my login information?

You can click on the “Forgot password” link on the login page if that is the issue. Your username will be your e-mail address.  If you are having difficulty with the username as well, you can call WRG at 281-363-5879.
